A: Unfortunately, no. We are fashion designers and not retailers. We do not sell directly to consumers. We work very closely with our incredible retail partners across America to ensure the highest standards in customer service. Our gowns, dresses, and separates are available at authorized VR retailers nationwide. These authorized retailers offer a full compliment of services to ensure your complete satisfaction. If we do not have a Victor Rossi authorized retailer in your area, your area Victor Rossi sales rep will make arrangements for you to order your dress.

Q: I need help selecting the proper size. May I have a copy of your size chart?
A: Authorized retailers have our size chart and will be happy to help you select the correct size. Our size chart is also online. Also, a Custom Design Form is furnished for specific sizing.

Q: Do web browsers and monitors accurately show exact colors and details?
A: No, web browsers can only display images at 72 dpi (dots per inch). The human eye is capable of seeing much more detail. Also, each monitor has different color, brightness, and contrast settings. Always set the display to 1024 x 768 pixels and 32 bit (true color.)
